Introduction
The training methodology is interactive with group exercises and is suitable for all employees involved in functions management. The pace and level of the training workshop are customized to the understanding of the delegates. Ongoing back-up and support is available after the training on request to the supplier, and the training course is also available for in-house presentation as well as for “Competency Transfer”
The design management procedure for industrial projects will be clarified. The design of the reinforced concrete tanks and the design of the foundation under steel tanks will be illustrated. The concrete and steel structure design principles will be illustrated to select a suitable structure system. The foundation design under the vibrating machine will be illustrated. Pipeline support and foundation under separator, KOD and steel tower will be the highlight on its principal of a design and how we can review and implement the design package. The advanced inspection methods for fresh and hardened concrete will be discussed and how to implement a maintenance plan for all the concrete structures. The integrity management system procedure will be illustrated taking into consideration the major factors in design, construction, and repair to maintain the concrete structure economically in all its lifetime
Objectives
The participants will be provided with detailed course material and will be familiarized with the suitable ways in concrete design in industrial structure. The engineer will be familiar with any problem and its solution in the concrete structure in the petrochemical industry and its causes of failure.
Training Methodology
This is an interactive course. There will be open question and answer sessions, regular group exercises and activities, videos, case studies, and presentations on best practice. Participants will have the opportunity to share with the facilitator and other participants on what works well and not so well for them, as well as work on issues from their own organizations. The online course is conducted online using MS-Teams/ClickMeeting.
