Introduction

A management position requires the holder to perform a number of roles simultaneously: strategist, team-builder, innovator, decision-maker, mentor and leader.  Success at a management level involves integrating the requirements of these roles with confidence and assurance.  This uniquely designed course offers existing Supervisors, Team Leaders & managers, and those being prepared for promotion to a senior level, the opportunity to develop the awareness, understanding, knowledge and skills which will enable them to maximise their performance and success in today's fast-changing and demanding business environment. This 5-day program brings together perhaps the two most critically important aspects of any management position: Leading with Emotional Intelligence, and Strategic Planning and Goal Setting.  It will help Supervisors, Team Leaders & managers answer the following questions:

Training Methodology

This is an interactive course. There will be open question and answer sessions, regular group exercises and activities, videos, case studies, and presentations on best practices. Participants will have the opportunity to share with the facilitator and other participants what works well and not so well for them, as well as work on issues from their own organizations. The online course is conducted online using MS-Teams/ClickMeeting.
